TURNAROUND TIMES
Our turn around time is same day for Luster Grand Prix surface prints up to 12x18. In by 9:00 AM done by 4:00 PM or ready to mail out. Larger sizes, sports, large orders or orders with additional services will take longer. However, the seasonal nature of our business makes it difficult to promise ship dates with absolute certainty. It is our goal to ship just as soon as we can, which is generally within 1 to 3 days of our receiving your image. This can change depending on the time of year, paper surface, size and the complexity of special orders. Please keep this in mind as you make promises to your customers.
RUSH ORDERS
We gladly fit your rush order in if we can without interfering with normal production. Rush Orders requiring an interruption will incur a 50% rush charge.
REMAKES
If you feel there was an error processing your order please call us and we will correct the problem. Remakes will be made only from the original digital file submitted to us in the original order using the product and options originally specified in that order. Remakes will be shipped as requested in the original order.
CHANGE OF ORDER
Our Lab OnLine ROES is a highly sophisticated printing system with hand inspections during the process. Orders can quickly move past the point of change. Please double check your orders for accuracy before you submit them to us. If you wish to edit your order, you must do so quickly by calling us. We will be happy to amend your order unless it is in production. You are responsible for an order once it has been placed in production.
WRONG PRODUCT SELECTED
Lab OnLine ROES is designed to tell us exactly what you want us to do with your image. We are not responsible for remakes if the print we send you matches the product you specified in your original order. We print your order as is and it means exactly that. Carefully check your product choice, cropping, spelling and options.
CREDIT POLICIES
All orders are automatically shipped or delivered C.O.D., unless you have an open account. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. For your convenience we can keep your card information in our files to be used at your request.
OPEN ACCOUNTS
These accounts are offered to professional photographers and commercial clients upon satisfactory completion of a credit application and credit check. We request that you supply us with three trade references, preferably from the photographic industry, and that you maintain regular activity during the year. Contact Erin to request a credit application.
STATEMENTS
A detailed monthly activity is sent to each account during the first day of the following month. The total amount of this statement is due in full on the 10th of the month and becomes past due after the 25th. A 1.5% finance charge per month is applied to any remaining unpaid balance. Any questions regarding your detailed monthly billing should be directed to Erin in our accounting department.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Past due accounts automatically lose open account status. The account balance becomes due immediately and all further business will proceed on a C.O.D. basis.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered in the State of Washington unless you provide us with a valid
exemption certificate.
