Shipping Options
We offer both USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) and UPS Ground shipping options. Turnaround times are approximately 1-3 days for USPS and 1-5 days for UPS depending on your location. USPS does not guarantee its delivery times and may vary with your location.
Unmounted Prints larger than 16×20 are shipped in a tube unless otherwise requested.
Metal prints, canvas gallery wraps, photo albums, large sports/events orders and photo gifts may have additional cost.
We will automatically try to combine order shipments unless you specify otherwise.

Drop Shipping
This service includes your info in the return address spot, no receipts in the box. Great for shipping directly to your customers or sending gifts. There’s no extra charge; just our standard rates.
Shipping Exceptions
We will select the least expensive option unless you specify a certain service. Shipping costs will be automatically added to your online order payment method. Customers placing orders in person or by email will be contacted for payment prior to shipping.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS
In the rare event that an item is damaged in shipping, please send us pictures of the shipping box, packaging and damaged product right away and keep them until the claim is complete. We are able to replace your product at no charge when the shipping company has all the photos and can inspect the package. Without them, we can’t file a claim for the damage and may charge for a replacement print at a discount for you.
